Credit cards are processed through Paypal at checkout. Colorado residents will be charged 2.9% sales tax which is added on by Paypal.



U.S. SHIPPING: All orders are mailed by First Class Mail Parcel Post. Everything I ship will have a tracking number. You can upgrade to Priority if you desire and you will find that option on shipping when you check out. Jewelry is mailed First Class and Insured - always - and your shipping costs will reflect that charge.

We do the best we can to mitigate shipping costs but still ensure a timely delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I ship worldwide! All items are mailed by U.S. First Class Parcel Post with a tracking code on International orders. Please allow up to to 6 weeks for international packets to arrive, as a missing item form cannot be submitted until AFTER 6 weeks have passed (however, most will arrive sooner). Please be aware, a customs form is required by law.   If you have questions regarding customs, please contact me.  I can accommodate.

OTHER INFO: Orders are mailed anywhere from 1-3 business days from your date of purchase/payment depending on the volume of sales being processed.

Packing and Shipping occurs Monday through Saturday at all possible. If you need your order expedited (mailed sooner than its shipping window), please convo or message me on your order form and I will ship it out sooner.

Any and all discrepancies regarding postage will be dealt with fairly and in a timely manner. Please take the time to email me and I will make sure you are made whole and happy.


Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy for any reason or have a problem with your order, please let me know. I am more than happy to return or exchange an item after we've done a search through the USPS for the package. Please contact me right away with any problems with your order.

I accept returns and exchanges within thirty (30) days of your original purchase date. I will be unable to refund postage on returned items. On exchanges, I will not charge you for postage to ship an exchanged item to you; however, you will pay the postage to ship it to me for exchange.  This is a common business practice.  After inspection of the items being returned or exchanged, you will either receive your credit for the return or your exchange will be shipped. I cannot accept broken strands, opened packages, or damaged goods.

I offer a 100% no questions asked satisfaction guarantee on my handmade items and based upon my inspection of my handmade items. If an item I have created fails due to my workmanship and/or materials used, upon my inspection, I will replace it if that is your desire. If the item is in the condition I sold it to you in, and you do not desire a replacement, after the item's return and inspection, I will refund your purchase (minus postage).

I don't usually have losses shipping within the United States, however when a shipment loss has occurred and can be confirmed by the USPS, I will replace your items. If an item cannot be verified as lost by the USPS, we can have a conversation about that loss.


Additional Policies and FAQs

PRICING:  My prices are significantly below retail and I'm happy to offer this pricing structure to you; however, understand that ALL businesses have overhead.  In order to continue to offer great beads to you at great prices, I do not discount unless I am clearing inventory on a sale or unless you qualify for wholesale.  There is hope! Keep your eyes peeled for our great sales and other offers - there are plenty of ways to save with Dragonfly Beads! Thanks for shopping with us!!

SALE ITEMS: I will host sales on groups of items or single items quarterly. When I do, the sale is specific to that group of items. When you group non-sale items onto an invoice with sale items, you allow the code to be applied to non-sale items. If this happens, I will bill you the difference between sale and non-sale items in addition to the PayPal fee.

In order to avoid PayPal charges, please consider placing the orders separately. In the "note to seller" please add you have placed two orders one for sale items and one for non-sale items and I will refund your shipping on the second order (except for the per item charge of .15). Or you can message me before you place an order and I will create a custom order for you will all the items together with discounts applied appropriately. 
I apologize for the inconvenience these two scenarios create for you.   I will continue to make the process as painless as possible and if an alternative presents itself in the future, I will use it! :)

HANDMADE JEWELRY/BAGS CUSTOM ORDERS: I am HAPPY to create custom orders. If you see anything I've made and want it in a different color or length and/or size - by all means contact me and we'll discuss details.

WHOLESALE JEWELRY/BAGS: I do sell wholesale on handmade items. My items are one-of-a-kind, but I can re-create multiples or sell what I have outright at a wholesale discount with proof of business and resale license. I have a $250.00 minimum purchase, after which I keystone. Please contact me if you have questions.

WHOLESALE BEADS/TOOLS/STRANDING MATERIALS/FINDINGS: I do wholesale in this category. I require a Sales Tax/Use License in your name that has been issued specifically for the beading or jewelry design industry. Once you have provided a copy of your Sales Use/Tax License to me, my minimum purchase is $100.00 retail with every order you make with me. I will discount those orders an additional 5 to 20% off my retail prices (which are currently 25 to 30% below retail), depending on item category. If you are a bead store, I am happy to extend you an additional discount. Please contact me.

REPAIRS: I perform repairs on many types of jewelry included off loom weaving, wirework, knotted pearls, stringing repairs, and/or some hot fixes and cold contact fixes. Send me pictures and I'll quote you a price and try with all my heart to stick to that quote. I charge $20.00 per hour plus parts and materials. If I need to go over the quote for any reason, I always contact you first to confirm. I've been repairing for over 13 years, I get the job done fast and right the first time.

CONTENT COPYRIGHT: I reserve the right and do hereby copyright any and all of my photographs, handmade jewelry designs, handmade bag designs as well as any and everything else that requires my time and labor intensive creation and/or anything that is wrought of my imagination. You cannot and should not copy my content because I will pursue any and all claims, rights and legal avenues available to reclaim my rights.

BEADS: I've been selling Czech glass for over 10 years. Yes there is an industry standard for how firepolish and pressed glass beads are packaged. Anything 4mm or smaller are usually packaged in 50 pieces. Anything 5mm or larger are usually packaged in 25 pieces. Some things are packaged in different quantities in Czech, but not many and I will indicate differences.

Japanese seed beads are sold in 6" tubes unless otherwise indicated, Myuki is sold in 5 to 7 gram packages, and Czech glass seed beads are sold in hanks (which is a bit larger than a 6" tube). Having owned a bead store, I am well versed in what industry packaging quantities and standards include, if you have questions message me and I will be happy to share that information with you.
