I accept all major credit and debit cards. Credit cards are processed through or Etsy's Direct checkout.
I will not ship unless payment has been made. You can cancel your order within 1 hour of it being made. After shipping has occurred, you will have to return the package to me before I can refund.
U.S. SHIPPING: All orders are mailed by First Class Parcel Post with a tracking number.
PRIORITY and EXPRESS UPGRADE: You will find that option on shipping when you check out.
POSTAGE OVERAGES: Postage overages above $2.50 (not including shipping and handling) will be automatically refunded.
ORDER CONSOLIDATION: I will consolidate multiple orders made within a day of each other only if you contact me. I will charge the handling fees of $.10, $.15 or $.20 per item and refund anything left over on the order I'm consolidating.
LOST PACKAGES: DUE TO CURRENT SHIPPING DELAYS, DOMESTIC MAIL IS NOT "LOST" UNTIL IT'S BEEN 30 DAYS OR MORE. INTERNATIONAL MAIL IS NOT LOST UNLESS IT'S BEEN 60 OR MORE DAYS. APOLOGIES!!
I will not reimburse on a lost item that has a delivery confirmation.
If a package is lost, a report for a "missing parcel" with the USPS must be filed, and the report number sent to me. I will wait the 2 to 3 weeks it takes for USPS to respond to me. If they report the package cannot be found, I will happily process a refund for the items only. I must have a police report number and/or a missing mail search number to verify the package was never received before I'll take steps to help with the situation.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All items are mailed by International First Class Package Rate with a tracking code on International orders (to the US border only). Please allow 8 weeks for packages to arrive. Be aware, a customs form is required by law. I will not mark it as a gift and you may be charged a duty by your country's Customs Office. If you have questions regarding customs, please contact me. Once it leaves control of the USPS, I cannot replace the item. You ship at your own risk.
OTHER INFO: Orders are mailed anywhere from 3-5 business days from your date of purchase/payment. Shipping occurs Wednesday through Saturday. If you need your order expedited (mailed sooner than its shipping window), please message me and I will ship it out sooner if possible.
SHIPPING LOSSES: A lost shipment must be confirmed by the USPS. I will not insure items lost by USPS because they were outside of my control. If an item is marked "delivered" by the USPS, I will NOT replace the items. You will have to file a claim with the USPS.
SHIPPING BREAKS: Understand that the break occurred because of negligence by the USPS, not my shop. While I make every attempt to ensure your satisfaction, breaks occur. I will take the matter under advisement after you contact me with photographs.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
I WILL NOT REFUND POSTAGE ON RETURNED ITEMS. If I send you a return label, the postage will be deducted from the value of your return.
I WILL NOT REFUND ORDERS DUE TO COVID-19 MAIL SUSPENSION.
International customers: No refunds for packages returned to me for unpaid customs fees. Etsy advises sellers to value packages at purchase price and in US dollars. I declare according to Etsy policy and do not include shipping in that declaration.
I am happy to exchange! It is common business practice for you to pay the postage to me and I'll pay for the postage back to you. If the item being replaced is due to my error, I will happily pay all the postage involved. If you received free shipping to begin with, you pay for postage both ways, unless we work out an arrangement.
After inspection of the items being returned or exchanged, you will either receive your credit for the return or your exchange will be shipped. I cannot accept broken strands, opened packages, or damaged goods. I EXPECT RETURNS TO BE RETURNED IN BUBBLE MAILERS, SECURELY AND CAREFULLY PACKAGED.
If an item I have created fails due to my workmanship and/or materials used, upon my inspection, I will replace or refund.
DISCOUNT CODE APPS: Many of you have been using Honey, Retailmenot, Shopify, etc. While I support the use of the discount codes overall, HOW MY COUPON CODES ARE USED is up to me. If your App uses a coupon code outside how I allow, you will be billed the difference.
THANK YOU COUPON CODES: I no longer allow discount codes because of Etsy's free shipping policy.
FREE SHIPPING: Please see Etsy's free shipping policy.
INVENTORY: I sell on many venues. Items in inventory can and will suddenly go out of stock. Out of stock items will automatically be refunded when the order ships.
CUSTOM ORDERS: If you have ordered an item that must be made or manufactured for you specifically, your order is nonrefundable and not exchangeable.
HANDMADE JEWELRY/BAGS CUSTOM ORDERS: I am HAPPY to create custom orders. If you see anything I've made and want it in a different color or length and/or size - by all means contact me and we'll discuss details.
WHOLESALE JEWELRY/BAGS: With a Sales Use/Tax License in your name, I have a $250.00 minimum purchase, after which you will receive keystone (50% off). Please contact me if you have questions.
