These strands are a mix of various vintage Czech glass seed beads that are vibrant, opaque, transparent and striped. They are sourced out of Ghana, and recently re-strung on white cotton. The term "Trade Beads" typically applies to beads made predominately in Venice and Bohemia and other European countries from the late 1400s through to the early 1900s and traded in Africa and the Americas. Many of these beads have been attributed to being made in Germany, France and the Netherlands as well.

I've sold beads for over 15 years. As with all items I sell - I'm all about quality! If you're buying Czech glass from me, you're getting A grade, first pick beads from an importer who has picked the beads themselves. You will not get from me - ever - C grade beads much like what is sold to hobby and craft stores or any big box store that prefer price over quality. I am happy to bring you a hand picked, curated collection of beads boho-inspired that are unique, hand made, artisan created, or hard-to-find!

Why don't I offer free shipping? Because I like you to know what your getting. If I wrap the cost of shipping into the price, you will not know the true price of the items you are purchasing. Additionally, my International customers get to enjoy lower price declarations because I don't add shipping to my pricing. I love being able to offer you the best pricing available and do offer free shipping if you purchase $50 of merchandise from me, quarterly sales on all of my merchandise.
